Vero Liability’s Defamation insurance provides protection to publishers, authors, broadcasters and journalists in the event of claims for compensation from individuals or organisations who allege that they have been defamed by published or broadcast material.
Vero Liability's Defamation insurance policy will pay for legal costs and expenses associated with defending the claim as well as any settlements or judgments against the insured. The policy does not cover claims where the author of the publication has been deliberately defamatory.
