Adrian Tulloch is the Managing Director of Vero Liability bringing more than 27 years underwriting experience to the role having held General Management and Directorial responsibilities with major American and Australian Insurers before his appointment to Vero Liability. Adrian has a reputation for innovation and service and has been responsible for guiding our Company to significant market share since its commencement in August 2001. Adrian's specialties involve the Company's core competencies in professional indemnity and general liability risks and he has a special interest in consumer legal products and reinsurance.

Christine has had over 17 years experience in the insurance industry with the latter years being involved with large technical claims for one of NZ's largest insurers. Christine has a passion for general liability claims and also assists with some professional negligence claims.

Des has over 28 years experience in the insurance industry, specialising in claims for 20 of those years. After working for many NZ insurers, he came to Vero Liability in 2008. Des now concentrates on Public Liability and Statutory Liability claims.

Jacqueline is a Barrister and Solicitor with 10 years experience in general litigation and insurance. Following admission to the bar in 1997, she spent 3 years in private legal practice in New Zealand dealing with a variety of liability claims on behalf of insurers. In 2000 Jacqueline travelled to the UK where she qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales. Jacqueline spent 2 years at a London city law firm and then 5 years at Hiscox dealing with professional indemnity claims and more recently underwriting professional indemnity risks. Jacqueline returned to New Zealand in April 2008 to join Vero Liability. Jacqueline has represented insurers in mediations, has appeared in the District and High Courts and specialises in professional negligence.

John is a barrister and solicitor with 32 years experience in the insurance industry. He was at McElroys in Auckland prior to running his own legal practice. John is also a chartered loss adjuster and ran a loss adjusting business in tandem with his legal practice prior to joining Vero Liability in October 2004. John has represented insurers in all areas of insurance law at mediations and has appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. Although much of his time is spent dealing with claims, part of his time is spent on assisting our clients in areas of risk management. John is a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance.

Matt is a Barrister and Solicitor with 10 years experience in general litigation and insurance. Following admission to the bar in 1997, he spent 5 years in private legal practice in New Zealand dealing with a variety of liability claims on behalf of insurers. In 2002 Matt travelled overseas and after qualifying as a solicitor in England & Wales, Matt spent the next 4 years dealing with professional indemnity claims with The St Paul Insurance Company in London. Matt returned to New Zealand at the end of 2006 to join Vero Liability. Matt has represented insurers in mediations, has appeared in the District and High Court and specialises in professional negligence.

Siobhan is a solicitor with 15 years experience in general litigation and insurance, having been admitted to the bar in June 1995. She spent some 5 years practising in the area of general civil, commercial and criminal litigation at both a small Auckland firm and one of New Zealand’s largest law firms, before moving to a practice specialising in insurance litigation. Siobhan joined Vero Liability in January 2010 and specialises in professional indemnity claims.
